Our Key Business Projects

Business Information

  • By leveraging the recruitment demands of World-OKTA member companies, we provide overseas employment opportunities to young people in South Korea and support their settlement in the host country.

  • Application Period: Open year-round, with rolling recruitment.

  • Eligibility: South Korean nationals, aged 34 or under.

 

Important Notes & Inquiries​

  • Applicants must confirm the visa requirements for the desired employment country in advance.

  • You need to check the job requirements of each company before applying.

  • It is not possible to receive overlapping benefits from other government-supported overseas employment programs.

 

Eligibility Requirements​

  • Applicants who have signed a labor contract with a World-OKTA member company for at least 12 months.

  • Applicants who can commit to long-term employment (12 months or more) in the target country.

  • Applicants who can obtain (or are expected to obtain) a visa that allows paid employment in the target country.

 

Our Support​

  • Pre-Employment Training: Global employment support program overview and overseas employment mindset training.

  • Visa Application Fees: Actual costs within 1,400,000 KRW.

  • Long-Term Stay Insurance: Actual costs within 600,000 KRW.

  • Probationary Training Fees: 130~2,500,000 KRW, supported over three months.
